Well, since its never easy to talk about oneself, I'll start by letting you in on how I became interested in dogs to begin with. My husband Bill had a Terv before we met and that is really what got me onto Belgians as when the time came for us to search for our own dog, Bill had some influence our choice in what breed to get.
I live just north of Ladysmith, B.C. on Vancouver Island with my husband Bill. We have been together since 1986 and currently share our home and just over 5 acres with our Belgians.
Maggie was my first Belgian, she started it all! She started out as a pet but became so much more, we'll miss you Maggie!
Since Maggie, I have owned several fantastic dogs and consider myself blessed to have been a part of each of their lives. Feel free to look some of them up on this site!
I enjoy competing with my dogs in confirmation shows as well as working on obedience and tracking.
